BCP Council are seeking an independent review of their Local Plan\. The Local Plan service has a responsibility for setting the spatial vision for the Council in the form of the Local Plan\. This is a statutory requirement set by national planning legislation\. Failure to have an adopted Local Plan can result in censure and potential intervention by Government\.
