Grounds Maintenance Services (East & South)

Description

Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver grounds maintenance in the East and South region. The core output requirements include (but not limited to):- - Litter Picking/Needles/Excrement; - Litter and Dog Bins; - Weed Control; - Hedge Maintenance; - Shrub/Plant Pruning; - Hard Surface Areas; - Japanese Knotweed/and other invasive/pernicious/injurious plants/injurious insects; - Woodland Areas; - Grass Crete; - Play Areas (where applicable); - Swales and Water Course Management; - Steep Banks; - Grass Cutting; - Spring and Summer Flowering Meadow Land; - Meadow Grass Pathways and Desire Lines; - Rewilding of Grassland Area; - Ivy Control; - Trees - Removal of Epicormic and Basal Growth; - Leaf Clearance; - Moss & Algae Control; - Severe Weather Conditions; - Grass Edge Trimming and Defining of Edges; - Graffiti Removal; and - Miscellaneous other duties as required. The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure's including communal grounds, offices, sheltered and supported accommodation as detailed within the tender documents. The tender is split into seven (7) Lots as follows:- 1. East (North) 2. East (South) 3. Kent (North) 4. Kent (South) 5. East Sussex 6. West Sussex, Surrey & Brighton 7. Bexley
