Software to Support the Management of Defects and Repairs in New Build Properties

Torus currently has a development programme building 3800 properties over the next 3 years, managing multiple developments concurrently, a proportion of the properties that are built are sold. Torus are interested in receiving information on systems that can support the management of defects and reapirs in new build properties. Please note that this is only a soft market test and not a call for competition.
