TC118 Birth Parents Support

Description

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") on behalf of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Bury Council, Oldham Borough Council, Rochdale Borough Council and Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council (known as "Adoption NoW) is prepared to receive tenders for the Birth Parents Support Service which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The aims and objectives of the Service is to provide independent information, advice, intermediary services, support and counselling to birth parents and in certain cases to others including birth relatives (including birth siblings) and other relatives where they have been the predominant carer for the carer prior to adoption.
