C0023 M27 Junctions 4-11 - Construction Preparation

Description

The Consultant shall provide Commercial Management, including assurance, through the construction phase of this project culminating in the settlement of the Final Account. The Consultant will manage the commercial aspects of the Contractor contract, with the Project Manager, Technical and site assurance Consultant and PMO. In providing these services, the Consultant shall deliver outputs as part of an integrated project team in parallel with contractors, programme office and project teams. The Consultant is required to adopt all relevant industry practice including knowledge from current and previous orders with NH, working collaboratively with all interested parties and sharing outputs, to be taken forward on future NH projects.
