## Description

The works are: Provide a Detailed Design of the eel pass so it is compliant with and meets the requirements of the Eel \(England and Wales\) Regulations 2009 and includes provision for future maintenance\. Provide pre-construction drawings which are to be agreed by Client\. Installation & construction of eel pass within area of bypass spill\.
