Traffic Regulations Design and Experiment Lead- Consultancy Support

There is a requirement to procure 23- week consultancy service/support under the role which will be referred to as Traffic Regulation Design and Experiment Lead. To act as a 'translator,' creating an experimental design which looks beyond just the current permissible legislation to determine the value of having a new type of Traffic Regulation Order. This role must consider not only the legislation where the Traffic Regulation Order Specialist can apply their expertise but the impact for residents, businesses, council ticket revenues etc.
