CSW - Fostering Advice and Mediation Service for Local Authority Foster Carers for Warwickshire CC, Solihull MBC and Coventry CC

Description

CSW - Shared Service To provide an independent support, advice, and mediation service to foster carers where complaints/concerns/allegations arise between them and the Agencies. To mediate between foster carers and agencies to reach satisfactory outcomes. Provide assistance to the Agencies in the development of support services for foster carers. The service is required to ensure the foster carers are well supported in carrying out their role of foster carers and ensuring early resolution of issues. Warwickshire County Council, Coventry CC and Solihull MBC will be signing up to one joint contract for this service.
