Part 1 Claims - Compulsory Purchase Order

Cornwall Council has undertaken highways improvements in a number of locations across the County and has received or expects to receive Part 1 compensation claims from property owners in the locality seeking compensation due to the use of the works on the value of their property in line with statutory processes.

This process seeks to appoint a consultant to value claims received relating to the first schemes - Union Corner where there are 15 claims expected and Camborne Pool Redruth where a minimum of 70 claims are expected.
