Call off_National HIV/Syphilis Testing Services Framework (2023-26)

Description

This is a call off under the National Framework Agreement with a single contractor to provide HIV sand Syphilis self-sampling and self-testing and results management services. The contract provide services during the National Campaigns run by the DHSC. The aim of this service is to provide a cost effective and clinically robust service accessible for sexually active individuals aged 16 years and over. Emphasis will be placed on increasing testing for HIV amongst most at risk groups including gay and bisexual men and other men who have sex with men and black African populations. The service will be paid for by the customer and will be free to the service user. The service provision includes four elements: • User interface and access (online portal) • Fulfilment of orders (online and offline distribution) • Pathology • Results management Contract Term: 24months with the option to extend up to further 24 months. Contract Value: £1,500,000 exclusive of VAT (£1,800,000 inclusive of VAT)
