Work description
Public Health Suffolk ('The Authority') wishes to commission a Suffolk Children and Young Peoples Oral Health Promotion Service ('the service'). The service will ensure delivery of the Children and Young Peoples Oral Health Promotion across the Suffolk and North East Essex (SNEE) boundary in Suffolk for children and young people, aged 0-18 years, and their families. Extending up to the age of 25 years for young people with Special Educational Needs and / or Disabilities (SEND). The service will support families to ensure that children grow up with healthy teeth and gums.
The contract period is 1st November 2024 - 31st October 2026. The total contract value is £300,000 excluding VAT.
The deadline for submissions is 19th August 2024 at 12noon.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
