Consultancy Provision 2026.27 LTM Packaged Projects

Description

National Oceanography Centre (NOC) has awarded a call-off contract to Mace Consult Limited under the Southern Construction Framework 2 (SCF2) to provide professional project management, cost consultancy, and construction consultancy services in support of the 2026/27 Long Term Maintenance (LTM) Programme. The appointment will support the planning, design, procurement, delivery, and contract administration of a portfolio of estate maintenance and infrastructure projects across NOC facilities. Mace Consult will provide specialist technical and commercial expertise to assist with programme governance, project delivery, stakeholder management, cost control, risk management, and contractor coordination, ensuring the successful implementation of the 2026/27 LTM programme. The contract has been awarded through the Southern Construction Framework 2 (SCF2), which provides a compliant route to market for the provision of construction consultancy services.
