Wirral Borough Council \(The Council\) requires consultancy support to develop a Place Brand for the area\. The purpose of the Brand is to: • attract inward investment to Wirral and support existing business growth; • attract more people to live, work, and learn in Wirral; • attract more visitors to enjoy Wirral's culture, heritage and tourism attractions and specifically encourage staying visitors \(including business and leisure visitors\); and • to celebrate the offer in our towns and villages, building pride in place among residents and business - harnessing their role a 'Champions of Place'\.
