Development of a new operating and delivery strategy for community leisure provision

This brief is to appoint an external consultant to work with council officers and the portfolio holder to develop a new operating and delivery strategy and action plan for community leisure provision. A cross directorate officer project group will be established to oversee the delivery and inform of the commission. The strategy and action plan will be informed through engagement with current operators, community user groups, the NHS and large private sector employers.
