## Description

FSCS is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for the provision of support, maintenance and consultancy services for it's Finance applications as below: \(i\) Support and maintenance for FSCS' on-premise instances of SunSystems, iPOS and associated applications based on current service model; \(ii\) Root and branch analysis of FSCS current finance applications to include producing a configuration document; \(iii\) SunSystems and iPOS system upgrades to include any associated training; \(iv\) Support to migrate to cloud version \(if required\); \(v\) off-premise support - post migration based on the chosen service model \(if required\)\.
