2026-030 IT Service Management (ITSM)

This contract is for a supplier to provide the Ivanti Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solution. This includes the associated software licences, support, maintenance, and professional services required to enable its effective use. The solution will provide Ofgem with a secure, cloud-based platform to manage, track and resolve IT service requests, incidents, problems, changes and related operational activities through a structured and controlled service management environment. The supplier will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Enterprise Service Management platform that supports not only IT service delivery but also wider business functions such as Human Resources, Facilities Management, Security Operations and Project Management. The solution will include self-service capabilities, service catalogue functionality, asset and configuration management, workflow automation, systems integration, artificial intelligence features, reporting tools and dashboard functionality to improve service delivery and operational performance.
