Repointing and Associated Works, 19-47 Fulbert Road

Dover District Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of Repointing and Associated Works at 19-47 Fulbert Road, Dover and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements.

The works carried out will include the raking out of the pointing to all elevations and mechanically repoint, renewing sealant joint around openings in brickwork, renewing all defective lintels, renewing defective wall ties and associated works.

The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1st September 2022 and will continue for a period of 12 weeks (with any agreed extension/s) unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.

Quotation returns are to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk by no later than 12:00 hrs on 25th May 2022.
