## Description

CITB has a commercial need to better support individuals when entering into construction jobs to ensure sustained employment in the industry\. Previous commissions have shown that new entrants require more assistance in the workplace than just construction training\. This tender is looking to commission this additional support for the first year of the new entrants' journey\.
