## Description

HMT has a requirement to buy a Case Management System \(CMS\) to manage and respond to the high volume of FOI \(Freedom of Information\) requests, PQs \(Parliamentary Questions\), MCs \(Ministerial Correspondence\) and complaints in a timely manner\. This tool should assist the collaboration of multiple groups within HMT to manage the drafting, review and approval of each response\.
