## Description

The supplier will provide the Council with the following services: • Residential Valuation reports • Land registry compliant conveyancing plans • Negotiate with property owners on the behalf of the Council to agree a purchase price if required\. The valuations will be undertaken in line with the appropriate RICS guidance and the valuation must be signed an RICS registered valuer\.
