Finance Support for Community Testing

This is a new team forming which will be responsible for Community Testing. The team will be supporting the new Programme Director, with Accounting Officer responsibilities. This adds complexity and responsibility to financial control and management processes. Given the short, sharp nature of the programme, skilled support is needed to build/implement the necessary controls and provide support to the programme leadership.

This is asking local authorities in Tier 3 areas to volunteer to roll out mass testing in their areas for a 6-week period. The aim of this is to discover more positive cases in these areas and help to break the chain of infection in Covid-19. This team will assist this initiative.
