## Description

This procurement is to secure lead architectural, Mechanical and Electrical and multi-disciplinary consultancy services \(exclusive of Quantity Surveying\) from design through to use \(RIBA plan of work\) to include, design work, Principal Designer responsibility, Contract Administration, M&E consultancy services, health and safety advisory and monitoring services\. The lead architectural consultant shall also appoint and include in their fee for a specialist bar designer\.
