Leeds City Council - Contract Reviews and Assurance

Leeds City Council is looking to appoint a Supplier with expertise in contract reviews/assurance. Specifically, we are looking for an expert in contract review/assurance exercises who can identify opportunities for cost saving or other financial recovery from live (or recently expired) con-tracts for goods and/or services provided by third parties to the Council.
