This is a call off from the University's Furniture Framework and the same Terms and Conditions will apply, as they were at the time of tendering. We are required to request which social value can be offered as part of this project. We reserve the right to pick the option best suited to the University, out of the options given. Social Value is a commitment made by yourselves, and a member from our team will be in touch following award of the project, to discuss the offering further with you. This project is to provide furniture for our EBS building at Southend. We have provided you with a floor plan and pricing schedule. Please note that we require the exact items we have requested. Please clarify if you have any queries. Timeline: RFQ Released - 23rd September 2022 RFQ Returned - 07th October 2022 Delivery and Installation - December 2022
