## Description

The purpose of this study is to commission a Consultant to review and build on the Phase 1 work\. The Consultant will develop a work programme to analyse relevant data and report on the short- and long-term outcomes of DF RIS1 investments\. They will also contribute to defining the scope of evaluation of the DF RIS2 programme\.
