PROVISION OF BALTIC ARTS CENTRE PROPERTY INSURANCE, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY INSURANCE AND COMBINED LIABILITY & MOTOR VEHICLE COVER FOR GATESHEAD COUNCIL

Gateshead Council require suitably qualified and experience insurance companies (NOT BROKERS) to provide Baltic Arts Centre Property Insurance, Commercial & Industrial Property Insurance and Combined Liability & Motor Vehicle Cover For Gateshead Council. The Contract will be divided into 3 Lots : - Lot 1 – Baltic Arts Centre Property Insurance for Gateshead Council. Lot 2 – Commercial and Industrial Property Insurance for Gateshead Council. Lot 3 – Combined Liability and Motor Vehicle Cover for Gateshead Council Suitably qualified Companies are invited to submit responses for 1 or more Lots. Gateshead Council will follow the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation for this procurement process. Whilst the Council reserves the right to award the contract without negotiation after evaluation of the initial bids, they may choose to enter negotiation after initial valuation and before requesting best and final offers (BAFO) in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
