The Council is seeking a commercial agent to provide advice on its options for a parcel of land in its ownership with development potential. The Council is looking for an agent with good knowledge of the housing market who can advise the Council on its options for the land and support the Council through the decisions made in respect of the land, including if sought the marketing and negotiations to facilitate the sale of development land. The objective of the Council is to maximize the receipt from the sale of the land whilst enabling the delivery of development on the land.
