CSF Lot 1b - Netherhall School, Maryport (Fabric Repairs and Rewiring)

The County Council wishes to procure the following work:

• Repairs / replacements of brickwork external leaf at all levels including replacement of lintels over windows. • Replacement of the windows throughout • Rewiring of the school complete including lighting, power, data, security and fire alarm • The works are intended to be phased, indicatively, as shown on the attached plan over a two year period, 2019 and 2020 whilst the school is occupied.

The procurement will be undertaken using the Capital Schemes Framework through a mini-competition between a maximum of 4 framework suppliers
