## Description

Bikeability is the government's national cycle training programme\. It helps participants learn practical skills and understand how to cycle on today's roads\. Salford City Council have delivered Bikeability for nine years in house and are now looking to appoint an external provider to deliver the project and hopefully expand delivery\.
