Operator for Kirkleatham Walled Garden Catering, Training and Events Facility

Description

The Council is looking to appoint an organisation to be the Operator for the Kirkleatham Walled Garden facility which includes catering academy, horticultural gardens which are to be open to the public, an events facility including a large marquee and a café/restaurant. This Contract involves the service category of Hotel and Restaurant services under Schedule 3 of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 and is therefore subject to the Light Touch procurement regime set out at Chapter 3 of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016. This Concession Contract is not subject to the full application of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2015.
