## Description

City of Wolverhampton Council, on behalf of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council \(DMBC\) and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council \(SMBC\) are looking to appoint a suitable consultant to update a set of previously produced preliminary designs, update the cost estimate and revise the existing economic case for the Wednesbury to Brierley Hill Extension \(WBHE\) Sustainable Access Measures scheme\.
