Utilising the MSB Digital Services Strategic Partner Procurement Framework (Lot 4c), the MSB Digital Services will procure support from one of their partners to deliver the following outputs before the end of the current financial year; • a full audit of all contracts related to the Digital Services, held both within and outside of the IT Departments; • collate information of corresponding vendors / suppliers and business owners to each of the contracts; • a roadmap of contractual end dates and break clauses; • working with the finance partner, create a current and forecast finance profile of each contract; • an alignment and logical grouping of contracts between the MSB organisations; • a strategic opportunity roadmap of contractual consolidation between MSB sites; and • the strategic opportunity roadmap to highlight milestones for project kick-offs, with indicative procurement and extension plans.
