## Description

The Department currently has access to commercial legal advice from the Government's Commercial Law Group \("CLG"\) To supplement the service provided by CLG the Department wishes to seek additional external legal support\. The Department is looking to appoint 4 firms for up to 4 years to provide legal support as and when required\. The legal support required covers a range of procurement and commercial law advice and can include topics such as contract law, IP, GDPR, and Public Sector Procurement across the DfE Commercial Directorate\.
