Democratic Services Software

The democratic services team need to use a democratic services system that provides an automated application used by colleagues across the council. The software needs to be capable of delivering an end-to-end process for committee management including the coordination of meetings and the ability to build and send agendas. The software should also be able to track actions and decisions from meetings. The council is also interested in other capabilities including but not limited to QR codes to help reduce the number of paper copies needing to be printed. This will help with the council's sustainability and social value objectives.
