Scope Overview:
New Forest District Council (NFDC) intends to enter into a four-year Framework Contract with one contractor to develop and deliver a replacement programme for external fascias, soffits, bargeboards and rainwater goods to council owned houses and flats across the district. This may, however, be extended to include any other Council owned properties.
The works may also include removal of existing asbestos containing materials (eg. soffits, undercloaks, porch soffits etc).
