## Description

JBA historically created the Drought Monitoring tool for the West Midlands area\. This monitors the water situation and the environment to detect and track the start and progress of a drought\. We monitor rainfall, river flow, groundwater, reservoir storage, river regulation, abstraction restrictions and how much is needed for supply to the public\.
