## Description

The contract is for delivery of the Ealing Summer Festivals \(Jazz, Blues, Comedy and CAMRA beer festival\) and logistical, security and infrastructure delivery for Acton Carnival\. This formal Invitation to Participate in Dialogue \("ITPD"\) is being issued to those bidders who were shortlisted from the Selection Questionnaire \(SQ\) stage and are invited to participate in the Dialogue\. The Council is looking to issue a contract from 1 October 2022 for 4 years to 30th September 2026 with the option to extend one year to September 2027 \(max 5-year contract\) up to the value of £70,000 per annum for the service\.
