• The deadline for submitting proposals is March 25, 2025, at 15:00 Kyiv time\. • All questions regarding the tender conditions must be submitted no later than March 14, 2025, at 18:00 Kyiv time\. • All prices must be provided in GBP \(British Pounds Sterling\) at the exchange rate of 52,7101 • Price proposals must be submitted in Ukrainian\. • All tender-related communication must be conducted exclusively in writing via email at pfruprocurement@chemonics\.com\. • The PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country\.
