## Description

The London Waste and Recycling Board is seeking to procure, on behalf of Resource London, a contractor to undertake research into residents attitudes towards restriction of residual waste collections and development of a set of consistent, effective and tested communications materials to support boroughs when restricting their residual waste collections\.
