Oracle Intelligent Advisor Cloud Support Services - DDaT23398

BEIS HR want to reprocure the service and support of using Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) to support Integration to services/ and platforms from other cloud providers for the use of the department (DSIT, DESNZ, ICS). This will enable the departments to continuously make use of OIA to design, develop, build and automate HR Policy forms. fBEIS HR Operations have being working closely with UKSBS, partnering with Magia to deploy Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA). The infrastructure to sustain OIA on a permanent basis has been put in place by UKSBS as the Oracle and host system is owned and controlled by them. Working with them and Magia, we have already commenced the work of deploying customer-facing forms using OIA; again with Magia providing training & support.
