This is a Contract Award Notice. The works comprise of a single storey extension to existing School of approximately 318m2 to provide three classrooms, office, WC's and circulation space built using traditional construction methods with loadbearing masonry walls, combination of pitched and tiled mansard roof and flat roof with rooflights with heating via an air source heat pump; internal alterations to existing School to provide access to extension and new twenty space car park.
