## Description

TVCA is currently considering options for the transport bid into the Levelling Up Fund\. One of the projects currently being considered for inclusion in a potential Teesworks/Freeport connectivity package bid, alongside the Northallerton-Eaglescliffe W12 Gauge Clearance project, is the A66 maintenance project\. Whilst Middlesbrough Council has undertaken a significant amount of work on project development, there is a need to produce a Department for Transport \(DfT\) compliant Full Business Case \(FBC\)\. This is a requirement of the Levelling Up Fund\.
