The proposed Contract is divided into two stages PCSA and Construction Contract, duration will be for 28 months with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 15 months. The proposed contracting arrangements are as follows: Stage 1 - NEC4 Professional Services Contract - Option A; and Stage 2 - NEC4 ECC Contract - Option A. The ITT will include both sets of conditions for the contractor's review and acceptance. Interested Contractors are invited to a virtual Bidders' Information Event scheduled for 21 May at 3pm. Please see PQQ document for joining instructions.
