RFE - Developing Devolution deals and Econometric Analysis

The work will be undertaken in two phases. Phase one (a shorter piece of work\r estimated at £5k and required by early January 2025 - analysis making the positive case for the\r functional economic geography of Bedford, Central Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes\r (BLMK). To include a range of data including: employment by sector, GVA and GVA by sector,\r commuting data, labour market data etc. to demonstrate the scale and interconnectedness of the\r BLMK area.
