PHE has awarded a contract to Cepheid \[who provide High Burden Developing Country \(HBDC\) pricing and support option \] for purchase of Ebola Assay & Equipment required on an urgent basis to support and strengthen the Sierra Leone's \(SL\) laboratory diagnostic capacity and emergency preparedness & response capability to Ebola with waiver for SLPB from the CMO of MoHS\.
