Thirteen Housing Group E-Procurement Portal

Thirteen are looking to procure a web based e-Sourcing solution to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement cycle with 24/7 availability. We require an easy to use system with an unlimited number of users, which adheres to EU legislation and promotes best practice within the UK public sector procurement community. The contract term will be for 3 years with 2 x 12 month options to extend.
