CBC Scanning Services - AWARD

The Council is inviting tenders for Scanning Services under mini-competition under ESPO Electronic Document Scanning Solutions Framework 390 Lot 1.

The duration of the Contract will be for two years, with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 14th December 2021.

The Council has an initial requirement for around 1,500,000 to 2,000,000 images to be scanned (approximately 8,500 - 10,000 files) for storing digitally in the Council's new information management system. It is also seeking a longer-term relationship to cover any possible scanning over the next 2 years, with an option to extend for another 2 years. The volumes beyond the initial requirement are unknown.
