Work description
A team development agenda with recommendations for individual and group coaching. • Feedback to the C&AG. • Regular reviews and progress updates with Learning, Development and Talent. • Input on themes identified to other coaching initiatives and L&D activities. • Evaluation of return on investment. The Team Effectiveness Evaluation to take place between January 2021 and August 2022. • The standard KPIs and SLAs relating to Lot 2 of the Framework contract will apply.
