## Description

Refurbishment Works at 4 Page Lane, East Boldre, and 3x BISF Properties in Holbury\. Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12\.00 NOON, 11th September 2023 to be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the Southeast Business Portal \(SEBP\) The works relate to the refurbishment of four properties \. These properties are suffering with structural defects, water penetration and damp/mould\. Both internal and external works are required to bring these properties up to a lettable standard\.   The scope of these works include:  Dealing with structural defects,   Thermal improvements,   Replacement kitchens,  Replacement bathrooms,  Electrical/heating works,  Internal layout reconfiguration, where specified,  Installation of an Air Source Heat Pump \(in 4 Pages Lane only, which is a rural property\)
