To ensure the delivery of a credible and robust business process review programme, Torus requires a partner organisation with a proven track record and expertise in implementing effective and timely process reviews in large and complex organisations\. This expertise should encompass a wide range of business areas, including but not limited to; •Housing Management •Asset Management including compliance •Finance, ICT and other Corporate Services •Development and Construction •Repairs Management including Maintenance and Voids Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
